Terms of Service

Last updated: May 23, 2026

Welcome to 2Dolla. These Terms govern your use of the 2Dolla mobile app and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. What 2Dolla does

2Dolla is a peer-to-peer marketplace. "Diners" request that someone add them to a restaurant's official waitlist; "Doers" — other users who happen to be at or near that restaurant — fulfill the request in person. 2Dolla operates the platform but is not a restaurant, employer, or party to any reservation made between you and a restaurant.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep it current.

3. Your account

You're responsible for activity under your account. Don't share your login. Notify us at support@2dolla.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Payments and fees

5. User conduct

You agree NOT to:

6. Restaurant relationships

2Dolla is not affiliated with the restaurants named in the app. Adding a name to a waitlist must comply with the restaurant's own policies, which you agree to follow. Restaurants reserve the right to refuse service or decline a Doer's request to add a name on the Diner's behalf.

7. Refunds and disputes

If your spot is not actually on the restaurant's waitlist when you arrive, you are entitled to a full refund. To request one, tap "Report a Problem" within the app or email support@2dolla.com. We review disputes individually and may require photo or other evidence.

8. Cancellations

You may cancel a request at any time before a Doer accepts it at no charge. After a Doer accepts, late cancellations may incur the full $20 fee at our discretion to compensate the Doer's effort.

9. Termination

You may delete your account from within the app at any time (Profile → Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent behavior.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. 2Dolla does not guarantee that a Doer will accept any given request, that restaurants will honor the waitlist, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2Dolla is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the relevant request or (b) $100 USD.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the change. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
